Patient presented stating that no one would remove this amalgam tattoo that she had marking her smile for years. She felt very self conscious of it and was ecstatic when Dr. Cook informed her that she was certain that she could remove it. After a 2 stage procedure, including a connective tissue graft and then gingivectomy after adequate healing the signs of the unsightly mark virtually disappeared!
