A broken front and a couple missing back molars prevented this patient from smiling confidently and eating with ease. Dr. Cook placed two implants in the upper right area to give her chewing function once again. Dr. Cook also placed a dental implant in the upper front area to give the patient the “Great Smile” she had missed.
